If you are interested in being a stallholder at Creative Harvest 2025 please complete this form. Please note, no payment is required at this point in time, once we have reviewed your application we will be in touch to finalise your booking.
Please note, stallholders will need to be available from 10am - 4pm on their selected days. Preference will be given to stallholders that can attend both days. For more information on the stall types click here.

Upload up to 3 product, people or business images we can use for social media promotion. At least one photo is required.
Logo upload
Upload your logo and/or business image you would like us to use on the Creative Harvest website.
Please note that stallholders must be available from 10am to 4pm (excluding bump and bump out time) on their selected days. Preference will be given to stallholders who can attend both days. For more information on the stall categories, click here.
Please note, not all of our gardens can guarantee a power supply so stallholders need to be prepared to provide their own power generator if required.
If you are selling food or drink of any type you must lodge a statement of trade with the local council prior to selling at Creative Harvest.
Please upload RSA certificates for all staff who will be serving alcohol
If you do not have your own insurance, BBSN can supply Hobbyist Stallholders who meet the application criteria covered under the Baw Baw Sustainability Network's (BBSN) Public Liability Insurance (PLI). 14 days notice is required.
