Join Helen Wilson, a seasoned preserver of over 25 years, as she delves into the art and science of preserving food. This engaging presentation will introduce various methods of food preservation, with a particular focus on the energy-efficient and well-established Fowlers Vacola method. Helen will share her wealth of knowledge, tips, and tricks to ensure safe and delicious preserves. Whether you're a novice or an experienced preserver, this workshop will inspire you to experiment with new flavours and old techniques, storing and using your harvest for year-round culinary delights.
