Things look different in 2026

Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th January 2026

Things look a little different at Creative Harvest this year but our commitment to celebrating Gippsland’s creativity, sustainability, and community spirit remains the same.

Instead of our traditional open-garden weekend, we’ll be hosting a series of garden and creative workshops at the Yarragon Uniting Church Hall. Read more about this change here.

These hands-on sessions will offer opportunities to learn, share, and connect—continuing the event’s mission to inspire sustainable living and creative expression.

We’re also introducing something new: a ticketed afternoon tea with an “in the garden” theme, bringing together up to 100 guests for an intimate afternoon of conversation, connection, and inspiration.

Creative Harvest 2026 Afternoon Tea Panel

Join us for a warm and engaging conversation that brings the themes of our Creative Harvest Afternoon Tea to life. Hosted by the Baw Baw Sustainability Network, this panel will explore how everyday sustainability, home gardening, seasonal food traditions, and community wisdom shape the way we live, create, and connect.

Our panellists will share personal stories about the habits they practise at home, the lessons they’ve learnt from nature and each other, the vegetables and herbs they love to grow, and the rituals that inspire a more thoughtful, resilient, and earth-friendly way of living. It’s an uplifting, practical, and down-to-earth discussion designed to spark ideas and encourage meaningful conversations long after the tea is poured.
